🎨 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What kind of oil paints do you use?
I use professional-grade, archival-quality oil paints from trusted brands like Gamblin and Michael Harding to ensure color vibrancy and long-lasting durability.
2. Do you accept custom or commissioned paintings?
Yes! I love working on commissions. Whether it’s a portrait, a landscape, or a special memory, I’d be happy to create something unique just for you. Visit the Commissions page for more details.
3. How long does it take to complete a painting?
It depends on the size and complexity, but most pieces take between 2–6 weeks. For commissions, I’ll provide a more specific timeline during our initial discussion.
4. Are your paintings available for international shipping?
No. Currently I am only providing shipping with United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
5. Can I return or exchange a painting?
Because each piece is unique, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or you have concerns, please contact me immediately and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
6. Do the paintings come framed?
Some paintings come with a frame as shown in the picture, while others are sold unframed to allow you to choose your own. There is no custom framing option.
7. How should I care for my oil painting?
Keep your painting away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, consult a professional art conservator for cleaning.
8. Do you offer prints of your original paintings?
Yes, limited edition giclée prints are available for select works. You can view available prints.
